<p>Sometimes it&#8217;s hard to find the right words for what you&#8217;re feeling. I saw this article posted on social media and felt it was important to share. While a lot of us are feeling stressed or anxious about the pandemic, we might not realize that we&#8217;re feeling grief as well. This article talks about types of grief and discusses some real techniques to help you understand and deal with it.</p>
